At HN Group, we believe that the key to success is to have the optimum mix of people and machinery. This is why we have invested massively in both training and new technology, with the visible result that nowadays, we have some of the most competent plastic specialists in the industry as well as a state-of-the-art high-tech production plant.
Our injection moulding unit has 52 robotised production cells that ensure quick and flexible installation of all necessary tools and efficient production.
We have developed the technology further in 6 of these cells to also include in-line embedment of, e.g. metal bushings and other "foreign" materials into the plastic parts.
Our thermoforming department comprises 5 production lines, 4 of which are fully automated.
HN Group has its own tools department of 12 specialists, who are both toolmakers and tool designers. We also have 3 additional toolmakers in our priming department.
The tool production department has more than 20 different machine tools, which therefore allows us to design and manufacture quality tools for any injection moulding or thermoforming job whatsoever. We also have custom-developed punching tools for in-line punching of metal parts which are embedded into plastic components. Everything together in the same production process.
All of HN Group's production is lean.
