HN Group's quality management system is certified according to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001. The system was established back in 1998 and has since been in constant development through close dialogue with our customers, while paying due consideration to the whole value chain from sale and order confirmation to production, stocking and delivery.

This has made quality management an integral part of today's day-to-day work of all of our employees.

In-House Control

An important element of our quality management is the fine-meshed in-house control scheme integrated into the system. Our quality assistants collect random samples of all manufactured components once every 4 or 8 hours – around the clock. The random samples undergo both ocular and mechanical inspection where they are measured to customer specifications and inspected visually against an approved master piece.

Happy Smiley for Food Packaging

HN Group has been awarded a happy smiley by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, which means that its packaging and products for the food industry live up to the strictest of requirements.

Customer-Specific Quality Control

As a major supplier of plastic products, e.g. for the medical equipment and electronic industries, we often have customers who need quality procedures that are stricter than our normal quality management system. Such procedures may include, e.g. PPAP documentation or DOE, OQ and PQ procedures in connection with the release of new or modified tools.

In such cases, we establish a close dialogue with the customer's quality management team and create a setup where quality management, internal control and documentation live up to the full to the specific desires of the customer.
