HN Group's quality management system is certified according to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 and is in constant development through close dialogue with our customers, among them a large number of quality-conscious companies in the food industry.
HN Group is one of Denmark's largest producers of thermoformed products for food storage, e.g. foil trays for fresh meat and box inserts for confectionery packaging. Our quality systems and associated in-house control therefore live up to all of the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's regulations, including Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004.
We have had the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's Happy Smiley since 2005.
We collect random samples of all manufactured components once every 4 or 8 hours – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The samples are measured to customer specifications and inspected visually against an approved master piece. Our in-house control further comprises all required migration tests for production of materials in direct food contact.
If you have special quality control requirements that are stricter than HN Group's ISO-approved standard systems, we will establish individually tailored procedures.
